About me and my experience

I am an expert in product lifecycle management and have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and product development. In total, I have 20 years of experience in the automotive and medical device industry.

My experience is in both processes and tools related to PLM, change- and configuration management. During the last few years, my main focus has been on the process side. I am a real system thinker with the ability to oversee organization-wide processes end-to-end. A fast learner, able to quickly develop an understanding of complex topics and how to apply them.

Over my career, I have naturally taken on roles in various levels of leadership. As a lead I prefer to take a servant position, enabling others to deliver the best results and to develop and grow. Within a team, I aim to create a feeling of togetherness and shared responsibility. I can stay calm and focused in hectic times, find acceptance, and from there think clearly about possibilities, which also positively influences others.
